UK Wholesale primarily work with the BT Network which means that nothing changes for our customers and any business phones systems or other equipment are not affected, as nothing changes other than the discounts being added to your bill.
We believe that BT provide the best phone service, our involvement is to apply the wholesale discounts to your bill and improve your customer service.
One change that you will notice is that your business will be assigned a dedicated UK based account manager. Waiting 15 minutes to get through only to be transferred around every department in BT is thankfully a thing of the past. Should you ever have a fault your account manager will keep in constant contact with the BT Openreach engineer and let you know what is happening to keep you in the loop.
We know how important your phone is to your business, in the rare event of a fault on the BT network your account manager will ensure that all of your calls are diverted to another line or mobile phone to ensure that your business never misses an important call.
