We do not physically alter anything, you still keep a BT line, we just print the bill and assign you a UK Wholesale account manager

We don't change anything; we don't have a separate telephone network. The only thing that we do is pick up your bill for your BT line and apply the wholesale discounts.

Because you get a dedicated account manager you should find your customer service improve.

The other change you will see if a greatly reduced telephone bill. Typically the entire bill is half the price compared with prices charged by BT Business.
