Although it is BT that physically supply business telephone lines, we go the extra mile to make sure that in the unlikely event that you do have a fault that it is fixed as quickly as possible and that you never miss a business call.

In the event of a fault we can divert all of your incoming calls to another number or even a mobile whilst the BT Openreach engineer is carrying out the repair.

BT Openreach engineers will prioritize your business line and normally respond within a few hours. Your UK Wholesale account manager will keep you in the loop so that you know what is happing.
